Why was it that when you wanted to speak to someone they were nowhere to be found? Or at least nowhere where you could have a private conversation. Uu’ian wondered as he walked through the weyrling barracks, again. Ever since the other night when he’d promised he would talk to And’l properly when he wasn’t falling asleep Uu’ian had been totally unable to get so much as a moment alone with the other boy, dragons and firelizards not included in the alone part. That was probably impossible.
Where would And’l be? Uu’ian looked around the large room again in case And’l had suddenly appeared, but he hadn’t.

And'l walked into the weyrling barracks with Hexeth following him. He then saw Uu'ian which cause him to blush. He remember how he had kissed him a few nights ago and that made his blush get alot worse. Hexeth though like he had started doing recently nudge And'l in the other boys direction. And'l walked over to Uu'ian and tapped him on the shoulder form behind and said to him " Hello Uu'ian." He was blushing so badly right now.

Uu’ian jumped when someone tapped him on the shoulder, he’d been thinking so much about where he might find And’l that he’d totally failed to notice the persn coming up behind him. You have found him.[/color] Tombath commented right as a familiar voice behind him spoke.
‘Hello And’l.’ Uu’ian replied, turning to face the blushing weyrling. ‘Have you been avoiding me? I’ve been looking for you all over the Weyr.’ Uu’ian paused for a moment and looked around, not sure how to broch the topic he wanted to and hoping inspiration would strike. It didn’t so he did what he’d always done, just blurted things out. ‘I think I’m as awake as I’ll ever get now so we should probably talk about the other night.’

And'l just kept blushing and with a small smile on his face " No I havn't Uu'ian. I would never avoid you. Your to cute to avoid." Uu'ian was problery the only person who And'l would willing compliment in so blantly a fashion. And'l's blushing only got worse though when he siad that. Though when Uu'ian mentioned the other night his blush did get worse. If that was even possiable. He just said " Oh yeah the other night. I am sorry I kissed you. You were just be so sweet I....." And'l trailed off. He did not know what to say. He knew that Uu'ian knew he was not really sorry. Though he still felt he had to say it.

Uu’ian barely noticed And’l’s blushing, to him it was just part of the other weyrling’s normal expression now. And’l claimed not to be avoiding him, for which Uu’ian was grateful, on his own behalf and And’l’s. His own behalf because he liked And’l, as a friend as well as in other ways; and for And’l’s sake because And’l needed friends.
Uu’ian frowned slightly, he wasn’t happy with And’l’s answer though. Intellectually Uu’ian knew that And’l was only apologising because he though he needed to, for a moment however it still hurt. ‘Stop apologising.’ Uu’ian thought he had succeeded in keeping the pain out of his expression but his words very sharper than normal. ‘I didn’y mind.’

And'l realized what he had said was a mistake. Though Uu'ian tried to hid that he felt hurt. It was esay for And'l to tell that he was. And'l looked at him and though for a moment. He then hugged Uu'ian and said while hugging him " I am sorry Uu'ian I didn't know. We had not had a chance to talk about it. So I was not sure if you were brothered by it or not. Thank you though for telling me the truth. I promise I won't say that I am sorry about it anymore. Becuase in truth I am not. I was gald I kissed you." And'l just kept his arms around Uu'ian hoping that he was not brotheing the other.

Uu’ian’s body stayed rigid for a moment for a moment refusing to yield and be hugged, however despite the remaining sting of hurt And’’l’s next words soothed him enough that Uu’ian relaxed a little and wrapped his arms around And’l in return. ‘Don’t you think I would have avoided you or something if you upset me?’ He asked. ‘I probably should have avoided you anyway, I’m not very good at serious talking, only generalised talking.’
Two of Tombath’s eyelids slid up slowly as if he wasn’t quite sure it was worth the effort at all, he wasn’t sure why His acted like this around Hexeth’s but he was going to try and understand it, if he could.

Hexeth stood there and looked at his. The little blue walked over to were Tombath was and curled up next to the bronze. Hexeth was quite please with himself. He did not understand very well what was going on. Though he did know that him nudging his towards Tombath's had helped cuase it. He knew it made his happy. So he was happy.
And'l wanted to just melt into Uu'ian's arms. Though he kept his composire so as not to brother the less serious acting Uu'ian. He siad to him " Yes I know. Though it is ok. You do not need to be good with serious talk. I am serious egough for the both of use. Just like you are silly egough for the both of us. You will figure it out. As will I." Though by this point And'l had lost his composire and did melt into Uu'ian's arms. It was just somthing that he could not help.

Uu’ian sighed softly and frowned while And’l couldn’t see him that well. Though he was very confident in most areas talking, or even thinking clearly, about his feelings was not an area where he excelled. He liked And’l but there were other things that took precedence over his feelings, not least of which was Tombath. It would be a turn before Uu’ian could share anything more than a brief kiss with And’l. in that time would And’l’s feelings have changed? Would his? The future was unclear, but it was a ways off yet, And’l however was right here… Hesitently, awkwardly, and hoping that no one else came in, Uu’ian leaned in and kissed And’l’s cheek.
Tombath opened all his lids and craned his neck towards his rider and Hexeth’s. I don’t understand our two Hexeth.[/color] the bronze grumbled. First Yours doing that to Mine makes them uncomfortable but now he’s doing it back to Yours.[/color]

Hexeth looked the bronze and at his and said I don't really understand it myself Tombath. I asked Mine and he tried to explian it. Though it seems confusing. All I know is that when Mine is around yours. He is alot more happy. So that is all that matters to me. That was the way the blue saw it. The blue then looked at the bronze for a moment and said Brother would you hide me? The blue moved closer to the bronze. Just becuase it was only his and Tombaths in the room did not mean that he did not fell like hiding.
When Uu'ian leaned in a kissed And'l's cheek. It set off a blushing attack that was problery worse than any other so far. Though And'l looked at Uu'ian and smiled softly at him to show that he did not mind. And'l just looked into Uu'ian's eyes and said " Thank you Uu'ian." He did not need to say anything else. To him at least that kiss said all that was needed to be said.

Tombath looked at the two boys a moment longer before sighing in a confused manner and unfurling one wing to drape it over Hexeth. I don’t know, supposing they decide they want to do that all the time? It doesn’t look good for them. See? Yours has changed colour again.[/color] the bronze grumbled.
Uu’ian looked down at the floor, his mouth opened and shut several times as he tried to say something, however no words came out.

Hexeth looked at the two then back at Tombath and said I think that it will be ok. I mean Mine does that all the time anyway when yours is around though maybe he will stop eventully. Though Yours does not seem to change colors as much. Hexeth wacth his for a moment before saying thoughfully Whatever will happen Tombath will happen in time. Though as long as Mine is happy then that is what I want him to do.
And'l looked up at Uu'ians face and giggled alittle bit and said " What is it Uu'ian. Have I rendered you speachless." And'l then luaghed abit again.

‘Well it does happen once or twice a turn.’ Uu’ian joked weakly, feeling pretty embarrassed by his own inability to speak. ‘I did warn you I wasn’t good at the serious things, I have no real idea of what to do or say now.’
Tombath huffed Time again. Everything takes too much time to happen.[/color] He grumbled, time was so annoying. As long as they are happy I suppose, though I’m still not sure about the colour changing.[/color]

And'l smiled at him and said " Well that is ok." He then thought for a moment of a way to help Uu'ian and said " Just say what your heart tells you." And'l knew it sounded chessy. Though it was really the best advice that he could give in his mind.
Hexeth just shook his head and looked at his clucth brother Just be pateint Tombath. I don't know way though I fell that this is somthing we cannot rush or it will not be good for Our's. At least that is what I sense form Mine. Wethier it is that they are worried about us or that they have there own reasons. I think it would be best to just see what happens.

Uu’ian took a moment to think about it, trying to pull his thoughts into line and wrap words around them. ‘I’m not good at knowing what I’m feeling.’ He eventually said quietly, looking off into the distance. ‘but I know I want this, whatever this is. I know I need you, somehow. I know…’ Uu’ian’s voice trailed away into silence.
