Lesoroth darted after Hexeth, his smaller body lending him the agility and speed he needed to keep up and even follow her turns. He dipped down, trailing wingtips and claws through the water, then soared upwards again. When Hexeth rolled away, he simply followed, his size letting him be able to do such without even thinking about it. Out of all the chasers, he was the one that could keep up with and follow Hexeth the easiest.
K'rian stayed back, behind all the other riders, where he could control himself better and not reach out. He wasn't trying to fight the draagonlust, just trying not to let it comsume him like others did. He didn't want the lust to control his every move or thought. Even if Lesoroth was enjoying the flight, he certainly wasn't.

Hexeth watched the males as they followed him. She was the type that was very fair, and so she crooned to each one of them and praised their success. Though in a way she was only doing this to get them to follow her further and further. She glad that they had all been able to kept up, of course that only made her choice that much harder to make as the sapphire continued to speed forward through the air, she could feel Andol right there with her, as he could feel the same as the Sapphire flew through the air on her maiden flight. Though it was not long before her wings began to burn and he could feel himself slowly down even more and more, though she performed one last corkscrew and then began to just catch thermals so that she would have plenty of energy to decide the winner, and make sure they won.
She quickly went over her choices, immediately ruling out the rainbow, because in her opinion there was a certain green he needed to catch anyway. A blue could not catch her because she was a blue, and that would be silly and she did not want a brown they were good, the Andol side of her pulled her away from this, at least a little bit anyway. So that left it between the bronzes, which once it was narrowed down to them two she knew exactly who he wanted. The blue slowed down as she moved up next to her brother who had taken such good care of her since weyrlinghood. The blue moved next to Tombath and softly nuzzled him with a croon, I am all yours Tombath. Take me and mine, we are yours.
In the flight room as the blue dragon made his choice, the eyes of his rider seemed to light up with happiness, that was mixed with lust. The look on And’l’s face gave away who the flight winner was before the young man even moved towards Uu’ian. The blue rider quickly crossed the room and wrapped his arms around his weyrmate. His movements where quick because And’l wanted to get into Uu’ian’s arms are as quickly as possible, just glad that the flight was over and Tombath had won. The blue rider buried his head into Uu’ian’s shoulder and kissed the other male’s neck, “Come on love, let’s go back to our weyr together.” All worry had been drained from blue rider, and he sure that it was the same for Uu’ian as well.

Tombath exulted as Hexeth crooned to him, taking on a proud pose for a moment, she called to the others too but Tombath ignored that, they were not important to the bronze. Hexeth was polite of course she’d appreciate the efforts everyone was going to on her behalf, even if it was no less than she was due.
The bronze moved faithfully through Hexeth’s dance, in his own way. He simply was not agile enough to follow all the convoluted twists and turns the way the smaller males could, and he had no intention of exhausting himself trying.
Fantasmath sent his body into a tight barrel roll, letting himself spin over and over, then moving into a new tailwind that speeded him along a little until he could catch some good thermals and really soar after Hexeth. Surely this was impressive?
To Fantasmath’s mind only Lesoroth presented him with competition but there was no possible way for the blue to match and overcome the agility of the smaller, lighter, dragon. Therefore it came as something of a surprise to the blue to see Hexeth fall in beside Tombath as well as a great disappointment to Fantasmath.
Tombath felt like casting aside his resolution not to exhaust himself and show his delight in Hexeth’s choice with a full aerial acrobatic routine, however, since there were some more important things to do here, the bronze restrained himself and settled for one exultant roar that could probably be heard for miles. He had won his Hexeth, his beautiful, wonderful, confusing blue.
As Tombath twined with Hexeth in the air Uu’ian swept And’l up in his arms, a very strong urge to claim his weyrmate right there and then flooded through the young bronzerider, an urge barely held in check by the suggestion that And’l would rather go back to their weyr first. Yes, his. He should take his mate away from all these prying eyes. With a low growl Uu’ian let himself and his weyrmate out and all but dragged And’l out of sight. His!
