What is an ANPC? How detailed would an application for one have to be?

ANPC is an adoptable person, to adopt, you just fill out normal form, like all our extra weyrlings are ANPC...

The highest level spy is going to be an old bronze rider that is part of the council. There will also be a brown rider and his weyrmate, a female green rider. The other three spies are a homosexual male blue rider, a bisexual female green rider, and a bisexual male blue rider. Anyone that wants a spy just needs to make a character application. Once you have made them, they are yours. The bronze rider will be their "leader" so remember to check in from time to time. You can have a person change sides to be on Allride's side. The other gold riders are members of the council. They will only be NPC characters, played with permission from me. The other high council members (except the bronze rider) Will also be NPC, play by permission. I am willing to give them to someone if they play them NPC well and make a good sheet.
