Physical Appearance: Cyrina has been called pretty many times, but she doesn’t count half of them, because it was her father telling her. She has straight dark brown hair that is almost red in the sun, which falls to the middle of her back loose, most of the time. Her narrow brown eyes are constantly moving and taking in her surroundings. She is somewhat tanned, and has an oval face and an angular nose. The daughter of a herdsman, she sticks to practical tunics and slacks for her medium build,but also enjoys dressing up in a nice dress for Gathers.

Personality: Cyrina always believes the best will happen, even if odds are the worst will. If something “bad” happens she will try to think about what good will come of a situation. An optimist at heart, Cyrina has a tendency to think that she doesn’t need help, so rarely asks for it and slogs through things as if nothing was wrong, even as the situation gets worse. This especially holds true for injuries.
She is very self-reliant, and used to occupying herself. This doesn’t mean she is a loner, nor that she is withdrawn. She only has a problem is striking up a conversation with strangers. With people she knows, or people that approach her first, however, she will talk their ear off. When she needs to be, she CAN be a good listener, but only rarely. She never stresses over anything, but leaves it until the last possible moment. This can get her into trouble sometimes, but most of the time she can rush through things and do well enough that she is left alone about it.
She is the oldest in a large family, and is used to having to deal with youngsters. She has a very forceful personality (so would you if you had to control four young, energetic boys) and a knack for telling when she is being lied to. Her mother hopes that this will help her Impress a hatchling, but her brothers expect her to be back within the sevenday.
History: Her father is a large-scale herder in western Nabol. When she was four turns old, her birth mother died after having her and her oldest brother, who is now thirteen turns. Her father married another woman, whom Cyrina is on perfectly friendly terms with. In total, she has seven siblings between the ages of thirteen turns and less than one. At home, she had to watch over her four brothers when her mother is busy with her young sisters and her oldest brother was helping her father. When her siblings were otherwise occupied and she didn't have any other chores, she spent time with the baby runner Wessan.
This caused a few problems at home. It was clear that she was going to make an excellent beastcrafter, but Mari thought that she should stick to weaving and use her looks and marry money. Eventually Mari just gave up and sent her to the Beastcrafter hall and there she was Searched.
