Where All can Ride
But Not All Can Survive[/b][/color][/center]
Welcome to a pern where a High Council rules and is 1000 years after AIVAS and 9th pass pern.
Allride started as a belief that something would come, but it became something more. The weyr was founded on the western continent by three riders. It started out as the three riders believing that the red star would come. A gold rider and two bronzes. The gold flew, and the a bronze caught her. The gold was Malaracyth and her rider Kelyna. The bronze was Kylith and his rider C'lyn. The other bronze was Antagyth and his rider F'mar.
F'mar was given the job description of candidate master and eventually weyrling master. C'lyn became weyrleader and weyrmate to the weyrwoman Kelyna. As it came closer to the time for the clutch to be laid and the hatching, thy released word of their weyr and opened it up for anyone. You didn't have to be searched to stand.
They also worked the place themselves. At Allride, everyone would work, and the people there would believe that thread was coming back. A hold was set up, Renegade hold, but very few people actually live there. Without a holder and a lady, it is more of an informal housing area for people. A harbor was built, and so was a craft hall.
The western continent became more populated, and the hatching happened. The weyr might have been forgiven bythe high council for not following their decreas if it wasn't for the mutations. The High Council was the group that ruled Pern and was made up of older gold riders, older bronze riders, and craftmasters that were the heads of their crafts.
They saw the mutations as horrid aborations that were not natural, and they knew they needed to do something. The first step was to send spies to the western continent and to see what was really happening.
They learned about the weyr, and they came to hate Kelyna and her dragon, but she was Perns clutching gold (they refused to count her children as real dragons with their mutations).
The High Council decided to ban all dragons on the Western Continent from coming back because they were afraid that the mutation disease might come too.
Then, the youngest gold rose, flew, and clutched. When her dragons hatched, there was a gold. A gold for the high council.
THe High Council sent an assassin to Allride to kill the golds and any others he could, but he impressed a green with bloody streaks in her paterning. She was just as blood thirsty as her rider, but they had to wait till she could go between.
The assassin started killing people off slowly. At first, he killed a bronze. Then, he killed a gold rider as her dragon preparred for flight, and shocked the weyr.
A quiet girl named Damaskina recieved the attention of a girl, Levra, who rode green, and they started to fight. levra's brother D'ket came in and also began to fight until they killed Damaskina because they believed her to be the spy.
The assassin was in love with Damaskina at the time and seeing the girl he loved die sent him into a rage. He killed both Levra and D'ket. In his madness he killed many more. When he came up against Kelyna, he left her mortally injurred before finally escaping between leaving the weyrleader raging and the weyrwoman dead.
Their daughter, Karlyn, was taken between ties to grow up. Tirlynna, the first rainbow rider and sister to the weyrleader, took the girl along with Bamre, the white rider of Purth.
What will happen in the aftershock of these attacks, and what is the High Council planning next?

Will Karlyn who grew up btween times be allowed to impress? Will the assassin come back and kill the new weyrwoman? Will thread come or has all the death been in vane? Will Allride be prepared for thread, will Pern be prepared if thread comes back?
We would like people to come to the exciting plot filled Allride. The more people the more we can do, and the more fun and exciting plot twists we can throw in.

Lysita of gold Kellerth was the fist gold to rise after the weyrwoman's death. She was caught by F'mar of gold Antagyth. They decided to call their Weyr Allride Weyr, because they would allow anybody to try to impress. They did not have search dragons at the moment so they could not really differentiate. They secretly spread word around Pern about the place that would be free from thread and about the traditional Weyr that would protect a traditional Hold. They decided to call this Hold, Renegade Hold. Kelyna's Malaracyth soon had her first flight and C'lyn's bronze Kylith won the flight, making C'lyn the weyrleader. The Western Continent is banned and the if you try to come back from there, there is a bounty on your head. Most of the golds have stopped clutching and at the moment there are four golds on Pern. Only one of them lays clutches any more, and that gold's rider is one of the few that believe that thread will return. The only other two that openly believe this are two bronze riders, C'lyn, bronze rider of Kylith and F'mar, bronze rider of Antagyth. The gold rider, Kelyna, rides the huge gold dragon Malaracyth. Together, these three riders decide to start a Weyr. Weyrs had not been seen in Pern for a thousand years. The closest they had to this was weyr community holds, places where clutches were laid, candidates were readied, and weyrlings trained. After a weyrling graduated, they went of to work on one of the weyr holds, travel with trader folk, or work at the observatory that protected Pern from meteors. When the three renegade riders decided to form a Weyr on the western continent, they also looked for a place where a traditional Hold could be. These dragonriders claimed to be going off to start a new weyr hold, and so were given the necessary provisions, herdbeast, runners, food to start with, and seeds. They decided to call their Weyr Allride Weyr, because they would allow anybody to try to impress. They did not have search dragons at the moment so they could not really differentiate. They secretly spread word around Pern about the place that would be free from thread and about the traditional Weyr that would protect a traditional Hold. They decided to call this Hold, Renegade Hold. Kelyna's Malaracyth soon had her first flight and C'lyn's bronze Kylith won the flight, making C'lyn the weyrleader. Until another Candidate Master was found, it was decided that F'mar and Antagth would be the Candidate Master. Play along, the future is yours in this renegade place on the western continent. The future is yours to make!
Malaracyth has clutched! We need candidates desperately so that Malaracyth's clutch can properly hatch. We also have many other positions that need filling. We have no one in the Lower Caverns either and desperately need those positions filled.
The clutched hatched and strange dragons started appearing. We have the little white that needed help escaping its poor shell and the beautiful green sized sapphire (a female blue dragon). We also have our lovely blue sized protective copper (a female brown dragon) and our stuck up gigantic ebony that still has to listen to the queen. Her future mate is our fancy silver dragon that is lazy. The dainty sapphire is adoptable and we desperately need some holders at Renegade Hold and some Dolphineers and some sailors at Dolphin Harbor. Come and join the fun at Allride, where all can ride.
With all that past, Allride is hitting a darker time. An unkown assassin impressed in the last clutch and was given a home at Allride. The assassin was under the command of the High Council. The High Council has plans to kill off the unnatural mutations at Allride. They had let the golds of Allride survive only because they had no others golds that could fly. When one of their queens flew again and produced a gold, they saw it as a sign that meant death to the Western Continent riders.
The Western Continent is banned and the if you try to come back from there, there is a bounty on your head. The High Council believes that the mutations were caused by a disease on the Western Continent and they don't want it to affect them. Are you willing to join the plot? The deaths have already started and who knows who will be next...

Malaracyth clutched a gold and an ebony queen. Malaracyth flew again and clutched. Her clutch hatched. The ebony, Renth, was caught by the bronze spy Fazeth and his rider D'kin. She clutched and another gold happened. The first rainbow at Allride flew and has recently clutched and hatched one rainbow egg. Malaracyth's first gold flew and recently clutched, but the clutch has not hatched. Our gold wher also recently ran and has a clutch, We need candidates for both clutches. Our first weyrlings are graduated. The High Council has sent out the decree that all dragons born at Allride must stay on the western continent so as to keep the rest of Pern pure. They did this because one of the supposedly non-flying golds flew one last time. Many of the spies that impressed there are not very happy at about this new decree... and some have started to believe in Allride...
