Lazy brown days (open)

Bonjouth was bathed and oiled and lying on the shore of the lake. His rider was flat on the back nearby, watching clouds...and the occasional dragon...go by.

Given they had the day off, the young pair were actually taking the opportunity to properly relax and rest tired wing muscles.

Not that J'tor would not have appreciated company, he just couldn't be bothered to seek any out. Rather more awake, Zig and Zag chased each other above the water in play...the two firelizards did not seem at all shy right now, with the green flying silly circles around the larger brown.

J'tor sat up just slightly so he could watch them better, and grinned a bit.

Lith walked to the lake. Or actully he ran. He was chasing after Tree and Sky who were flying ahead of him. He soon stepped out on the beach and kept ran. He was not paying attention to where he was going and he tripped right over J'tor. He let out a yelp as he fell over and ended up in heap right on top of the other. He quickly climbed off J'tor and just looked at the other in apoligetic way and said " I am so sorry I did not see you there." Tree and Sky were trying to fly around and play with Zig and Zag.

J'tor laughed, picking himself up. "For the same reasons I failed to notice you...well, one of mine is a different color."

He smiled. "At least, I assume the blue and green are yours?" He couldn't help but compare Tree and Zag. Tree seemed a little larger, maybe. At least he could tell them apart.

Zag chirped to the other two, but Zig attempted to hide behind her, keeping pace with her. The fact that he was considerably larger meant that this worked nowhere except in the silly brown's imagination.

Lithe nodded and said " Yes they are. The green is Tree. While the blue is Sky. My name is Lithe. What is yours." He looked over at Bonjouth. He figured that the brown rider must be form the same hacthing Purth was form becuase the brown looked older than Hexeth. Plus he was alot bigger. Sky chirped at Zag. Though Tree was more insterested in Zig and was trying to cacth up with him. She was chirping at him.

J'tor smiled. "J'tor, the big lump is Bonjouth, and the little ones are Zig and Zag."

Zig was trying to get away from the green, an odd reversal of roles as the shy brown tried to *escape*. Besides, there was only one green he cared about, sister or no.

Bonjouth rumbled something cheerful to the candidate, but did so without moving so much as a wingtip or talon. Lazy!

Tree just countied her chase. She was very persenit and planned on getting what she wanted. Lithe looked over at Boujouth and siad " Hello Bojouth." He smiled at the brown dragon before turning back to J'tor. " They are both cute. It is funny Tree is chasing your brown there."

J'tor laughed. "That's not *my* brown, he's Zag's brown, and I'm not surprised. That firelizard makes And'l look like the outgoing life of the party."

He just assumed the candidate had at least heard of the notoriously shy bluerider. In the end Zig escaped by going between, reappearing behind a rock.

Only his nose and his faceted eyes were visible, poking around it. He apparently thought he blended in. Zag scolded Tree for chasing off her friend, loudly.

"Greens," J'tor pronounced with amusement.

Lithe nodded and in amusment " Wow he must be pretty shy then." He did not know anyone as shy as And'l. Tree was ingoring Zag becuase she had a brown to cacth. She flew around until she spotted him behind the rock then she bettewen and appered right neck to him and chirped at him. Lithe luaghed and siad " Yeah I know what you mean."

Zig squawked and went between, this time, he ended up on Bonjouth's back. He didn't quite blend in, being a rather lighter shade of brown.

J'tor just laughed. "Silly Zig, you're supposed to chase the girls, not the other way around. Even Bonjouth knows that!"

And yes, Bonjouth forgot to be afraid of heights when a green rose. Now if only...
