SPLOSH!
A huge fountain of seawater rose into the air as Fortuth folded his wings and dropped into the ocean like a rock, even a relatively small dragon like Fortuth could cause a pretty big splash. The displaced water pattered down for a few moments around where the blue dragon had clearly vanished under the surface before Fortuth popped up with his eyes whirling cheerfully.
D’tini laughed cheerfully. ‘I’m glad I didn’t hitch a ride down then.’ He called to his dragon, who merely flicked his tail and flung more water everywhere in the process. I don’t know, perhaps you could use the cold water. It is supposed to kill the human mating cycle, and since you refuse to pick out anyone to chase around… Fortuth left his sentence hanging and rumbled softly as a blush stained his rider’s skin a darker shade under his tan.
Fortuth, I do have slightly more important things to think about. Like how thankful I am that our golden lovelies have slow down their mating cycles a bit. Even when Malaracyth’s clutch hatches it’s only one class of weyrlings for a while. D’tini determinedly changed the subject before Fortuth could tease him on that favoured subject anymore. besides, you just want me to pick out a greenrider so you can get in with his dragon. D’tini added, making his subject change totally redundant and making Fortuth rumble some more.
That, too. the blue replied.

A small speck of a dragon seemed to apper in the sky as it flew around for a moment. The dragon seemed to show off his agility as the dragon was followed by what seemed to be a flight of firelizards. Though soon the dragon whose now shineing white hide came into view as the dragon desended, it was painfully obvious who it was, and as it was. There was a rider purched on his back.
Bamre climbed off of Purth's back, though one really could not call it a climb. The white was small egough in that way that made things esaier for his rider. In more ways then one. The white riders large fair seemed to settle in places around the beach, some of them even headed out to play around with the blue dragon as he swam around. Purth himself looked towards the blue dragon as he went out towards water and sat out thier near the water, Hello Fortuth, how are you doing today. I am assuming that you are still not succesful in having yours get someone to chase. Some could call the white dragon nosey, but more would probably say it was just the white dragon being curious and just wanting to help those that he could.
Bamre himself though headed in the direction of the blue's rider. The white rider had a soft smile on his face and he went and sat down next to the other rider, and said "So D'tini how are things doing? Is the weyrling's coming along well? Fourtuth certianly looks like he is having fun." Like rider like dragon. Bamre was the exact same way, just as curious and just as willing to help people who needed it.

Purth is here. The white dragon’s arrival distracted Fortuth temporarily from teasing his rider further.
D’tini looked up at the sky and picked out the desecending white fairly quickly by the firelizards that surrounded him, wherever Purth went he was surrounded by colourful firelizards, most of which were probably bonded to the white’s rider. D’tini was sure if a new colour of firelizard was discovered it would gravitate to Bamre as a matter of course.
Fortuth flicked water at a couple of randomly selected firelizards, which were selected by how close they were to his tail, and swam along a little, so he could stand up properly. Ever since D’tini took the post of weyrling master Fortuth had been trying hard to project dignity. Sometimes he even succeeded. I try hard. The blue replied, with quite some feeling. He does make things hard for me though, too young, too old, too ugly, too female. I despair sometimes Purth, it’s not like I’m forcing him to choose a lifemate.
D’tini smiled. ‘Thankfully I’m out of weyrlings for a few weeks.’ He replied cheerfully. ‘Haith’s clutch just graduated, so it’s time to relax until Malaracyth’s eggs hatch and I get to start all over again.’ At the mention of Fortuth D’tini just rolled his eyes and blushed slightly. ‘Oh yes, Fortuth’s having fun trying to set me up with greenriders. Everyone else too but he likes greens best so he thinks I should adore their riders as impartially as he adores the greens. And when he isn’t making inquires on my behalf he’s winding me up about it.’ When he realised he’d said rather more than he intended, and rather more loudly than he intended as he got towards the end, D’tini shrugged and shook his head as if to dismiss the whole issue.
