And'l walked through the halls toward the kicthen, though unlike normal his eyes did not have bags in them. No this time they where red with tears. They where tears with sadness about a queen that was no longer alive, and tears of anger and fustration that she had not died a happy death at an old age, but instead had been cut down in her prime and murdered. The Shappire rider's tears where more for Haith than for Zennial. Yes her death was sad and it did affect him, but he had not known her that well. Yet Haith like all dragons, were more close to the young mans heart, sinice he assoitatied with them more than the other riders.
Hexeth followed close behind her rider, and was practicly taking up the hall as she followed after her bonded. This normally was not a problem in the area away form the dining hall, but with all the cooks working around the kicthen area, Hexeth was getting in the way. Yet it was obvious that she was not going anywhere. The shappire was usally pretty stubborn when it came to sticking near And'l when she felt he needed her.
A green appered above and brought a sweetroll down and dropped it into And'l's hand. Luckily the cooks had correctly guessed what And'l was heading to the kicthen to get and gave it to one of the firelizards that somtimes hung around the kicthen to taken it to And'l. It got a firelizard out of the kicthen, and it kept Hexeth form causing a traffic jam. She was not really that much in the way at the moment, but she would have probably blocked the door had And'l fecthed the roll himself.
The sweetroll though seemed to lose it's taste when And'l put it in his mouth. He felt sad about what had happened. He was looking for someone to talk to. His eyes kept looking around to try and find someone.
