Lysita was sat with her legs dangly over the edge of Kellerth's ledge, her hands laid over her abdomen. Kellerth was sat watching her rider with some confusion and anxiousness. Lysita could feel her dragon's unease, and she turned her head to look at her wonderful golden lifemate.
"Call Antagyth and F'mar." Lysita requested simply as she turned to look back out over the weyrbowl. One of her hands moved back and forth over her stomach in a soothing motion, yet she seemed unaware that it was happening. Antagyth, could you and yours come to me and mine's weyr. Kellerth sent, lifting her head as she did so, before lowering it and crooning softly with worry.
"It's alright Kellerth, I just need to sort something out with F'mar. Don't worry dearheart." Lysita attempted to soothe the gold, but the worry whirling in the large faceted eyes didn't subside. Lysita sighed softly, watching as children ran and played, laughing together. Oh, she hoped F'mar didn't take long to get there.

Antagyth was eager to get over to Kellerth's weyr. He wished that their riders would just move in together. It would be so much easier! He crooned to his mate as he landed on the ledge. Hello, Kellerth. F'mar is here, he said, nuzzling her gently.
F'mar dismounted and smiled at Lysita. He just felt happier when he was around her. His protective feelings were turning into something else, but he wasn't sure how to tell her, or if she would even want to hear that. When he saw how she was rubbing her stomach, he frowned. "Are you ill? Should I get a Healer?" he asked, concerned.

Lysita looked upwards when she heard wingbeats, watching as the bronze came in to land. She got up and moved away from the edge of the ledge, waiting until F'mar had dismounted to go over to him.
Kellerth warbled softly, nuzzling Antagyth back before giving his cheek a lick. Antagyth! Make yourself comfortable. She suggested, his presence soothing her worry about her rider.
"No, I'm fine F'mar." Lysita replied, looking up at his face as she reached up to brush her fingers over his cheek.
"It's just....What are your thoughts on children?" She asked, her voice was merely curious, yet her eyes showed hints of fear and anxiety. She had no idea how he'd react, so she wanted to get an idea of his feelings about children before she mentioned the possibility. Oh, she so hoped he wouldn't turn his back on her once he knew.

Antagyth moved close to Kellerth, putting a wing over her protectively. He snuggled up against the Gold, enjoying the proximity to his mate while he watched their riders curiously. He had a feeling a big announcement was coming.
F'mar found himself leaning against Lysita's touch. Her fingers against his skin felt comforting, and electrifying. Brief flashes of memory came to him, things that happened during the Flight, and he quickly shoved them away. Blinking hard, he turned his attention back to what Lysita was saying.
"Children?" he repeated, confused. It seemed like a random question. "Oh, they're nice, I suppose. I don't have much experience with them." He peered at her, wondering what she was getting at.

Lysita looked him in the eye as she slid her hand down to take his and lightly place it against the slight bulge of her stomach.
"F'mar, I'm pregnant." She kept it simple, but she smiled brightly as she continued to look him in the eye. Shards, what if he didn't want to hear that? Faranth, had she just ruined any possibility of a true relationship with him? She really didn't want that to happen, she wouldn 't know what she'd do if she had.
She closed her eyes, looking down and to the side slightly, panic building as her pessimistic thoughs whirled in her head.

F'mar's face went white when Lysita's hand moved down to her belly. He knew what was coming, even before she spoke. He had a moment of panic--maybe she didn't want to be pregnant, and it was all his fault. But then she smiled. She was clearly happy about it.
"That's...great," he said hesitantly. It wasn't that he thought her being pregnant was a bad thing, he was just in shock. "I can't believe I'm going to be a father," he said honestly. He grabbed her hand and squeezed it tightly. "What do you want me to do? I'll help in any way I can...just let me know what you want this relationship to be," he said, his voice urgent.
