Keshia yawned and half opened her eyes, which stopped her mid yawn as this was certainly not her weyr. In fact she recognised it as a flightroom, which led to the bluerider flopping back into place to consider what was going on.
She recalled Fantasmath deciding to chase Hexeth, the blue did love a good chase and his clutchsister did manage that well, even if the large sapphire had once thought she was a blue. The sleepy bluerider assumed that Hexeth had been caught by Tombath, and turned her attention to the question of who might be lying in these rumpled furs with her. Z’san? She did remember Galantinath’s rider being present, and when Flightlust was involved her preference of partners could go right out the window, and since she’d been the only female present she was inclined to believe they had.
The bluerider gave vent to her feelings on the situation with a heartfelt little groan, flopping over onto her front as she did so. Great, so, she was currently in bed with someone, and she was going to have to explain that she didn’t like them, or at least not as more than a friend. So the question that had to be answered was: who? Keshia finally lifted her head and looked over at the form sharing the bed with her.
Unfortunatly the form beside her was familiar and that just made things even worse. And’l. Why? Just why? Keshia looked longingly at the door.

And'l himself like his counterpart in the bed... was just now started to wake though for him it had been what he would have considered a nightmare. That is if he could even remember half of what happened... It was in these rewaking moments as he looked around the flight room and thought about what could possiably be going on that he hoped maybe he had made a mistake and very soon he would be turning over to see Uu'ian's smiling face. In fact that was exactlly what he fully expected to see, and didn't even let himself hold those lagging doubts in his mind there for to long. So he turned off softly to greet his beloved weyrmate with the soft words, "Hello Uu'ian I hope you enjoyed last night I know I did...." Yet his words seemed to fade off as he turned over to find himself looking at a feminie form...
With a panic And'l let out a suddenly yelp, not even realized that the other person was awake and he almost scooted back right off the bed as he said, "Who in the Faranth are you...your not Uu'ian." Of course again his words faded off as it was obvious the shappireriders desires had been shattered when he softly said, "Keshia... Keshia... is that you." In a way the young man had not even considered somthing like this happening. And'l had just always expect Tombath to win the flights and for him to always wake up right next to Uu'ian. Yet for once Hexeth had choose someone differnt... and really he himself just couldn't understand why his dragon had done this to him. He looked across the room at her sleeping form and only one soft word formed in his mind Why
Looking over at Keshia the young man just began to mumble out in confuse, "Keshia I am so sorry... I am just so sorry... " Then his mumbled words turned to crying... as he just sat there in the bed. In truth this was probably a long time coming for And'l and though it seemed a little harsh the way his dragon had done it... it was probably best she had done it and gotten it over with. That way her bonded would be bothered this much. The shappire was wacthing the scene with one eye open, but she didn't move to do anything at least for the moment. She wanted to see what would happen first...

The words, obviously, even if no name had been mentioned, intended for the sapphirerider’s mate, made Keshia emit another heartfelt groan and drop her head down to rest on her arms again, presenting her with a close up view of the bedclothes. That, at least was preferable to watching And’l realise he wasn’t with his bronzerider at all.
The yelp that And’l gave when he realised that she was not Uu’ian made Keshia jump and scrabble sideways, almost falling off the edge of the bed herself before she really registered what was going on. Then, well she just had to blink a few times, it was fairly obvious that she was not Uu’ian but And’l ought to be able to recognise her, he’d actually know her as long as he’d know Uu’ian after all. ‘I think it’s me.’ Keshia answered, surprised at the dull tone of her own voice, but was that really surprising all things considered?
Keshia sighed softly and sat up without a care for her undressed state, hugging her knees to her chest as And’l’s confusion faded out to tears. A mental plea to Fantasmath to help her was ignored entirely; apparently the blue was not feeling his usual logical and helpful self today. In fact the level of satisfaction he was radiating was quite annoying. Apparently that left things up to Keshia, who was never the best with comfort and still got tongue-tied at anything unexpected. For now she just reached across the bed to touch her fingertips to her friend’s wrist in a small gesture of comfort while she thought about what to do for the best. Since Fantasmath wasn’t being helpful Keshia sent out a call for her other blue mindmate. Her firelizard wasn’t bright, and it would probably take him a few minutes to get here, but he was at least a small comfort in the midst of all this, or he would be when he arrived.
