Alright, so this is where I will slowly make the schedules. The new colors only include Rainbow, Silver and Ebony. Copper and Sapphire are raised like there brothers of blue and brown.
MONTH ONE
Regular and New Colors After impression, you feed your dragon and then get ready to go the feast. On the days after you oil and take care of your dragon. A couple days later you learn to cut meet for your dragon. This is all that the first month consists of for regular dragons. You will have lessons as are felt necessary.
New Colors Because of how fast your dragon matures, you are oiling and taking care of their hide more often. Along with this you are learning teaching ballads from the weyrling master and you will also get flight equipment fitted to you, but not the dragon yet. You will also start on ground drills with weyrling master. You will learn about the history of Pern and why thread is believed to be no more and why Allride believes it will come back. Other lessons can be done as is felt necessary.

Month Two
Regular Colors Lessons and oiling are constantly your friend. You will be copying teaching ballads and explaining them. You will be covering what the new colors learned last month.
New Colors Now, as you enter your second month, your dragon is flying places without you. You will work on mental connections with your dragon when it flies off. More studying Pern. You will also have to work on social development skills classes with Kelyna so as to learn to bargain and how to act around others (manners classes). Your dragon will be being fitted with gear now so that you can take your first glide next month. You will also be assigned old flight gear to repair and these classes will be taught by the Weyrling master.

Month Three
Regular Colors You will be learning what the new colors learned last month. You will also get classes with the new colors on basic dragon healing.
New Colors you want to glide, well you need leathers. You will be getting weyrling leathers (leathers you will give back when your dragon outgrows them). Your dragon will be required to where them at all times unless they are sleeping or in the barracks. You will get more lessons on taking care of and repairing your leathers. You will also be getting lessons on what to wear when going between. As well as that, you will get the joint group lesson for the month.

Month 9 New Colors (Ebony, Silver, Rainbow) This month they all officially graduate. They can all have flights but Rainbow dragons will not normally fly right away. Unofficially they continue to study and learn ballads with the harpers. They are on their own after their dragon flies. Their dragon is full size and maturity.
Regular Colors (and some new colors that don't grow quickly)

Month Ten (Regular Greens and a very early gold might fly right now) The copper and sapphire can also fly now, though they are more likely to fly next month. First flights will be strung out from here to month 12, when the regular weyrlings graduate (Golds do not graduate till first flight unless they want to leave training with a more experienced bronze rider like Kelyna did). More between practice. Some riders will even be allowed to between elsewhere as long as their dragon isn't near the time for their flight.
White rider graduates because there is nothing left for him to real learn, he has aced all his tests and most people know his dragon will never fly in flight so that does not have to be worried about.

First month.
After the Impression you will feed your dragon, making sure not to stuff him/her too full then hatchlings will usually sleep for several hours.
During the course of this month your dragon will mostly eat, sleep and grow. You will learn to cut meat for your new dragon, and how to bathe them and care for their hide properly. In the classroom you will study the basics of dragon anatomy and study the teaching ballads.
Ebony, silver and rainbow riders will be accelerated in classroom learning at this point as the growth rate of these colours means they spend nearly all their time asleep.
At all times during weyrling training additional lessons and drills are at the weyrlingmaster’s discretion.
Second month.
Most colours will still be sleeping a lot and growing very fast during this month, oil will be your best friend during this stage. Weyrlings are asked not to scratch flaky bits off their dragons no matter how much they nag you.
Classroom learning will continue as last month, with further study and discussion of the teaching ballads, also this month you will be learning how to repair and maintain your most important pieces of equipment. You will start with restoring old fighting straps and move onto useable weyrling harnesses by the end of the month.
Ebony, silver and rainbow dragons will have finished their major growth spurt by the end of the month and will be spending more time awake. You will be working on your mental connection with your dragon in preparation for flight. As your dragons are maturing faster than the other colours you will be fitted with flight gear now, and your dragons will be assigned weyrling leathers. Remember these are to be returned in good condition when your dragon outgrows them.
Third month.
This month all dragonets should finish their major growth spurt and spend much more time awake. At this stage they will show much more personality and probably get into more trouble. Weyrling dragons will normally start exercising their wings at this point and by the end of the month will be able to make short flights providing they are unburdened. This should be encouraged, as it will help your dragon build his/her flight muscles.
This month all weyrlings will be working hard on their mental connection with their dragon during exercises provided by the weyrling master. In addition to this all dragonets will be fitted with weyrling leathers, which they will be required to wear at anytime they are not sleeping, eating, bathing, or resting in the barracks.
Classroom work this month will consist of a course in the basics of dragon healing. You will learn to treat minor injuries and common dragon illnesses and continue the studies of dragon anatomy. Lessons in taking care of riding gear will continue throughout the month.
Ebony, silver, and rainbow dragons will be ready to glide with their riders near the end of this month, in preparation for this you will be getting more lessons on repairing and caring for leathers and you may be assigned exercises for you dragon to build further flight muscle. You and your dragon will also start ground drills toward the end of this month.
Fourth month
By the end of this month all dragons should be ready to carry their rider in a glide. By this stage your dragon has reach half his or her probable adult size.
At the beginning of the month all weyrlings will attend a lecture on going between and the effects of going between on rider and dragon. You will all be measured and given riding jackets, gloves, goggles, and helmets.
In the classroom this month you’ll be continuing your studies of dragon healing and learning to make riding straps. To start with you’ll be making smaller weyrling harnesses but by the end of the month you will have made a harness for your dragon.
At the end of this month you and your dragon will take you first glide. Also this month you and your dragon will be participating in ground drills.
Ebony, silver and rainbow dragons will be able to take their first glide with their rider at the beginning of this month rather than the end, if they weren’t ready by the end of last month. Shortly after that experience your dragons will be able to carry you short distances and will be expected to carry you through a short flight drill by the end of the month.
Fifth month.
This month will be mostly dedicated to firestone. In the classroom you will study mining techniques, the locations of firestone and how to locate new veins of firestone. Outside of the classroom you will learn to grade and sort firestone by quality and size. By the end off this month all dragon will chew firestone and flame for the first time.
Queenriders will attend alternate lessons on governing the Weyr and their duties within the Weyr with the Weyrwoman. You will also attend a series of lessons on how to use and maintain flamethrowers while your classmates learn to use firestone.
All dragons will be taking short flights this month and participating in low altitude wing drills, which will increase in length as the month goes by.
Ebony, silver, and rainbow dragons will able to carry their rider much further than last month, however you should still watch your dragon carefully for signs of tiring during flight. You will be joining wing drills with the senior weyrlings or in your own wing if there is no senior wing to join.
Sixth month
This month you will be training and drilling for your first flight between. You will also be taking your dragon through full length wing drills.
In the classroom this month we study the geography of Pern and practice clear visualisations as a group. Outside of the classroom it’s drill, drill, drill as your dragons will practice flying as a wing and at the end of the month will also practice flaming as a wing. In the event of threadfall you will be dropping of firestone sacks, lucky you…
Ebony, silver, and rainbow dragons will join the senior weyrling wing during drills, or drill in their own wing if there is no senior weyrling wing. In the event of threadfall they will fly with the senior weyrlings, or with the queens wing if there is no senior weyrling wing.
Seventh month
More drills, more practice going between, more geography, some weyr history not yet covered, and whatever lesson the weyrlingmaster deems appropriate will be this months learning for all colours.
Eighth month.
This month early maturing ebonies, rainbows, and greens may Fly and early maturing males may show interest in chasing. Therefore all weyrlings will get a lesson with a senior rider on what to expect.
Male riders of male dragons will talk with a senior male rider. Male greenriders will talk with a senior male greenrider. Female greenriders, as well as copper and sapphire riders will talk with a senior female greenrider, and gold ebony and rainbowriders will attend a session with the Weyrwoman on what to expect with their dragons Flights and clutches, as well as how to control them during their Flights. Female riders of male dragons will be expected to attend the lecture for male riders of male dragons and female riders of female dragons until a senior female rider with a male dragon is available for this duty.
For all weyrlings but gold you will now be permitted a little more intimacy and virgins will be encouraged to make sure their first sexual experience is not under the control of their dragon.
Ninth month
Ebony, silver and rainbow dragons will be fully grown and mature at this point. They and their riders will officially graduate now and join the wings. However they will still be expected to attend whatever lessons and drills the weyrlingmaster feels appropriate until their classmates graduate.
For those dragons who mature at a normal rate it’s drilling as normal this month, plus whatever lessons your weyrlingmaster feels appropriate for you.
Tenth and eleventh months
Drills will get more complicated, and you will be flying as a wing in the event of threadfall now. Also those dragons that show Search ability will go out on Search with a senior Searchrider.
Greenriders should watch their dragon for signs of proddiness now especially if you’re leaving the Weyr on Search or a recreational visit.
Twelfth month.
Congratulations weyrlings, your dragons are fully grown and mature, this month most of you graduate and join the wings. Goldriders will stay in training with the Weyrwoman and junior queens until their dragon’s first flight but will still officially graduate with their classmates and join the queens wing. Goldriders may now also choose to transfer, or to form a new Weyr with a more experienced bronzerider.
(This is thanks to Kisha-Ra's awesome work)
