Andol smiled " Yeah that is true. Becuase most of the time they can see right through you anyway. I am of the opintion that they really only allow you to think that you have them tricked, but I think that is just becuase they care about us." Andol hoped that the eggs would hacth really soon so he could see if he would impress or not.

Marakar nodded a little bit. "I think that dragons...just aren't like us, but they love us."
Of course, they really had no choice, they were wired that way, but to Marakar that was the same as his homosexuality. It certainly didn't make the love less valid.

Andol just nodded and siad " Yep just like the firelizards. Though it is alittle differnt than that becuase dragons can talk and tell you what they think. While firelizards show it in other ways. If you know what I am saying." Andol was gald he had Leaf. She was a affectionate creature and was the most loving thing in his life.

Andol cuddle Leaf close and siad " Yep she is. I don't know what I would without. She used to be my only friend really. That is before I came here. She is very affectionate. She never seems to mind when I hold her tightly. Which is quite often." Which was how he was holding her now. Though she was not sqawking or anything. She just rubbed her head angist her pet's chest reasurringly.

He suspected some firelizards did. Maybe Leaf was unusually affectionate. But if she minded, she'd be Between like a shot. You couldn't trap a firelizard. Trick one, maybe, but not trap.

Andol nodded as he countined to cuddle Leaf. " I always make sure that I don't do that. I like to cuddle her though I don't want to hurt her. Which I have not done yet." Andol was always very careful with Leaf becuase she was so improtant to him that he did not want to hurt her in any way.

Marakar stretched a little bit. "They aren't quite as fragile as they look, are they?"
Leaf certainly didn't seem to be, and as a green, she was smaller than many firelizards...even a large green.

Andol shook his head and siad " No there not. Yet you still have to be gental with them. Becuase if they arn't fragile there trust cerntianly is. That is differnt if they look to you. Though if they don't there trust is a fragile thing somtimes. Especailly the wild one. Usally you have to be by yourself to interact with them or with my brothers dragon Purth. Though even then you still have to usally be the only person there. Though some are bolder than others."

He saw no point to harassing the wild firelizards. They were far too pretty to risk scaring off.

Andol just smiled and said " Yep hopefully so. Though trust me when I say that you will enjoy. Have a firelizard around. They keep company. Though somtimes they can be a handful. Especailly when they are young." He knew that Leaf had been. She had always had her affectionate nature yet she used to not be as calm as she was now.

Marakar nodded. "Practice for looking after a young dragon, though, they need a lot of the same care."
It had to be easier to keep a firelizard properly oiled, and pretty soon, he hoped, he would have said young dragon to look after. There were bound to be a ton of greens and blues in the clutch, just bound to be.

Though they usually aren't sometimes they are." Leaf never had been. Though he was sure that some firelizards were. Especially some of the more fiery ones like Ruby.

Andol nodded and siad " Yes that does work though that some time will not work on the more smarter ones or the more stubborn ones." Leaf was not like that she usally did what she was told without having to be bribed or fussed at. Though Andol knew that she only did that for him though or for Purth. Though most firelizards litisned to Purth anyway.
